PURPOSE: A production method of a Taxus mairei extract is provided to minimize the damage of functional components.CONSTITUTION: Fresh Taxus mairei leaves are collected (S100). The obtained Taxus mairei leaves are washed with flowing water (S200). 0.5-2 wt% of Taxus mairei leaves, 0.5-2 wt% of jujube, and 97-99 wt% of purified water are inserted into an extractor, and the mixture is heated at 115-120°C for 70-90 minutes (S300). Various foreign substances in a particle form and the Taxus mairei leaves are removed from the extractor (S400). Fine particles are removed from the mixture (S500).
