CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of film containing torrea nucifera leaf and berries extract comprises: a step of heating and stirring the mixture of whey protein concentrate and sorbitol with distilled water: a step of adding 1M NaOH solution； a step of heating and stirring the mixture； a step of adding a cross-linking agent； a step of adding torrea nucifera leaf or berries extract into the mixture； a step of removing the bubbles of mixture in the vacuum condition； ； a step of spreading the mixture on Teflon coated on a glass plate； and a step of drying the spread.본 발명은 농축유형단백질(WPC:Whey Protein Concentrate)과 소르비톨(Sorbitol)을 증류수와 함께 혼합된 혼합물을 가열 및 강하게 교반용해시키고,상기 혼합물의 PH를 10.0으로 유지되도록 1M NaOH용액을 첨가하며, PH가 10.0이 유지된 상기 혼합물을 가열교반하고, 상기 혼합물의 가열교반단계에 가교제를 첨가하며, 상기 가열교반단계를 거친 상기 혼합물에 비자잎 또는 비자열매 추출액을 첨가하고, 상기 비자잎 또는 비자열매 추출액이 첨가된 상기 혼합물을 진공상태에서 기포를 제거하며, 상기 기포를 제거한 상기 혼합물을 유리판에 코팅된 테플론(Teflon)상에 부어 두께가 균일하게 도포하고, 상기 테프론상에 도포된 상기 혼합물을 배양기에서 건조시키는 필름 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 필름으로 구성하여 천연물질인 비자잎 또는 비자열매 추출액을 이용하여 천연고분자 및 생분해성합성고분자의 필름으로 된 포장재를 사용후에 동물의 사료로 쓸경우 동물질병을 예방하거나, 폐기시 미생물에 의해 쉽게 분해되어 퇴비로 사용시 식물의 질병의 예방이 가능하여 친환경적으로 환경오염을 방지하는 비자잎 및 열매 추출액과 농축유청단백질과 소르비톨을 포함하는 필름 제조방법 및 그 필름에 관한 것이다.
