PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vascular endothelium function examination instrument capable of facilitating the adjustment work after the release of avascularization performed to align the targeted measurement site while reducing the burden of the subject and the examiner.SOLUTION: The vascular endothelium function examination instrument comprises: an image generation unit for generating a blood vessel image indicating a longitudinal] section of a blood vessel, based on reflections detected by an ultrasound probe storage unit for storing the blood vessel image a display control unit for causing a display unit to display the blood vessel image a blood vessel diameter measurement unit for measuring a blood vessel diameter, based on the blood vessel image an examination unit for examining the vascular endothelial function, based on the blood vessel diameter measured by the blood vessel diameter measurement unit before and after avascularization and a feature extraction unit for generating a feature image obtained by extracting a feature portion forming a landmark from a reference image which is the blood vessel image before avascularization stored in the storage unit.
