PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively catch blood flow information such as a blood flow velocity, blood flow volume in capturing a blood vessel image by non-contrast radiography.

SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a measurement control means which controls measurement of an echo signal from an imaged area including blood vessels of a patient according to a predetermined sequence and an arithmetic processing means which captures the blood vessel image in the imaged area using the echo signal. The sequence is provided with a pre-saturation sequence section which pre-saturates at least the imaged area and a main measurement sequence section which measures the echo signal from a flow-in blood having flowed into the imaged area. The arithmetic processing means calculates the migration of the flow-in blood on the basis of the blood vessel image, calculates blood flow information on the flow-in blood from the migration, and colors the blood vessel image corresponding to the blood flow information.
