PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl with a bacteria and virus removing device capable of effectively removing VOCs and odor, etc. that accompany defecation and urination in a room by a person in need of care, for improving the living environment of the person in need of care and cleansing the environment condition for a caretaker, etc.SOLUTION: A toilet bowl with a bacteria and virus removing device has the following components installed in a room: a bacteria and virus removing device 3 that generates ion clusters a storage tank 11 connected to the bacteria and virus removing device 3 with a piping material 5 for storing ion clusters supplied, the storage tank having a storage tank body 12 and a blower fan 16 for discharging ion clusters from an indoor discharging port 13 and an external connection port 14 installed on the storage tank body a toilet bowl 21 used by a person in need of care and a piping material 23 connecting the external connection port 14 with an in-bowl discharging port installed at a prescribed location on the toilet bowl 21.
