PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable gas-dissolving apparatus which increases dissolving efficiency of gas.SOLUTION: A tank 52 is provided with a gas/liquid mixing tank 60 and a gas/liquid separation tank 61 demarcated by a first partitioning wall 62, the gas/liquid mixing tank is not communicated with the gas/liquid separation tank at an upper part, but communicated at a lower part. An inflow port 54 is provided in the gas/liquid mixing tank, and an outflow port 58 is provided in the gas/liquid separation tank 61. A gas circulation path 71 is provided for drawing out the gas stored in the gas/liquid separation tank and jetting the drawn-out gas into the gas/liquid mixing tank.
