PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food washer capable of disinfecting or sterilizing food effectively without damage.SOLUTION: A food washer washes food by using washing water having a disinfecting or sterilizing component. The food washer includes: a washing tank (10) storing food as a washing object a water supply route supplying washing water into the washing tank from a water supply port (12) arranged in the washing tank in a fixed direction and a circulation route returning washing water taken from a lower part of the washing tank into the washing tank from a return port (14) arranged in the washing tank.
