PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the problem that conventionally, a solvent may be unnecessarily and carelessly leaked from a storage tank when the storage tank is mounted on a housing and a solvent is not stably supplied from the inside of the storage tank since the solvent blocks a supply port by surface tension even when the height of a liquid level around the supply port is lower (than the height of the supply port) in the lower end portion of the storage tank not to enter the air into the storage tank.SOLUTION: A device 1 for discharging an atomization solvent comprises: a spring 3b (an energizing member) energized toward a supply hole 3a formed in the small diameter end part of a tank 3 inside the small diameter end part a valve body 3c provided in the end part on the supply hole 3a side of the spring 3b. An outflow hole 2d is formed in an insertion part 2C mounting the tank 3 of the body 2 and having a bottom and non-ceiling shape. A valve pressing shaft 2D inserted in the supply hole 3a and pressing the valve body 3c into the tank 3 against the energizing force of the spring 3b to be in an opened state and a derivation part 2E partially contacted with the inner peripheral edge of the supply hole 3a are provided in the center of the bottom of the insertion part 2C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来は、貯槽をハウジングに装着する際に溶剤が貯槽から不必要かつ不用意に漏洩することがある点、また、貯槽下端部で供給口周囲の液面高さが(該供給口高さより)低下しても該供給口を溶剤が表面張力によって塞いでしまい、貯槽内に空気が流入せず、該貯槽内から溶剤が安定的に供給されない点、を改善する。【解決手段】霧化溶剤吐出装置1は、タンク3の小径端部に供給孔3aを形成して、この小径端部の内部に該供給孔3aに向けて付勢するばね3b(付勢部材)とこのばね3bの該供給孔3a側の端部に設けた弁体3cとを有する一方、本体2のタンク3を装着する有底無天状の挿入部2Cに流出孔2dを形成し、さらに、該挿入部2Cの底部中央に、供給孔3aに挿入されて弁体3cをばね3bの付勢力に抗してタンク3内へ押し込んで開状態とする弁押軸2Dと、該供給孔3aの内周縁部に部分的に接触する導出部2Eと、を設ける構成とした。【選択図】図2
