PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inducing a pluripotent stem cell in vitro.SOLUTION: There is provided a method including a step of introducing a gene or polypeptide of a nuclear receptor and one or more genes or polypeptide selected from Sox, Kruppel-like factor or myc family into a cell in vitro. There are also provided a vector and a composition for producing the same, and a method for treating a patient who needs pluripotent stem cell treatment by using an induced pluripotent stem cell.
