PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, even if a hematopoietic stem cell of an arbitrary donor (bone marrow donor) whose type of an HLA (leukocyte-type antigen) does not match that of a patient (to whom hematopoietic stem cell is transplanted), for transplanting a hematopoietic stem cell by culturing the cell while changing the type of the HLA to the same type of that of the patient.SOLUTION: A cell nucleus is removed from a hematopoietic stem cell of a donor, and a cell nucleus of a patient is transplanted into the stem cell and cultured.
