PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levetiracetam-containing pharmaceutical composition having excellent strength and collapsibility, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition comprising levetiracetam. Here, the levetiracetam has an average particle size of levetiracetam of 50 μm or less. According to the present invention, there is also provided a method for producing a levetiracetam-containing pharmaceutical composition. Here, the method uses levetiracetam having an average particle diameter of 50 μm or less.
