PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide irbesartan-containing pharmaceutical compositions which are excellent in the fluidity of powders when tableting and which can reduce the variation in the weights of obtained pharmaceutical preparations, while containing irbesartan at high content.SOLUTION: Provided is an irbesartan-containing pharmaceutical composition, in which the content of irbesartan is 45% or more by weight and the mean particle size (D50) of irbesartan is less than 8 μm.
