PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fermentation cosmetic composition by applying a traditional Korean fermentation technique is provided to lessen skin irritation using natural products and to suppress side effects such as skin trouble through processes using a small amount of preservatives.CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic product applied or sprayed on human body contains a byproduct of fermentation. A method for manufacturing a cosmetic product containing a cosmetic material by applying a traditional Korean fermentation technique comprises the steps of: preparing a byproduct of fermentation through alcohol fermentation of yeast under an anaerobic condition preparing a byproduct through fermentation by a process for making traditional pastes under an aerobic condition mixing the byproducts in an organic solvent filtering and centrifuging the mixture to remove impurities adding 0.01-20 wt% of the fermented mixture to a common cosmetic product ingredient to prepare a cosmetic product and injecting the finished cosmetic product into a container.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 효모를 무산소 상태에서 발효하는 전통적인 알코올 발효 방식 또는 한국 전통 장류를 만들 때 사용하는 전통 발효기술 공정을 차용한 방법에 의해 얻어진 발효 부산물을 화장품 및 기초 화장품에 첨가한 화장품(化粧品)에 관한 것으로 더욱 자세하게는 예로부터 한국 전통 발효로 인한 결과물의 식품 및 피부적용 등 여타 다른 방법으로의 인체적용시 부작용이 없고 기존의 천연 유래 성분보다 더 나은 긍정 작용을 하는 발효 과정을 이용한 발효 결과 부산물을 화장품에 첨가하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
