PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a wheel stopper of a wheelchair placed on a table part and a getting-on-and-off guide to the table part of the wheelchair.SOLUTION: A lifting device comprises a table part 2 constituted so as to be movable in parallel in a vertical direction by placing a wheelchair and a slope part 3 fixed to the table part 2, and constitutes a wheel stopper for preventing falling-off to a side of the slope part 3 from the table part 2 of the wheelchair by projecting an upper end part of the slope part 3 upward more than the table part 2.
