PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a feeling of restraint and facilitate a ride for a long time and an exercise for rehabilitation while keeping safety, and to facilitate the attachment and detachment in a holding belt for a wheelchair.SOLUTION: The holding strap 1 for a wheelchair includes: a strip member 2 wound on a backrest side of a wheelchair, an apron-like member 3 which is detachably connected to the strip member 2 and holds a user of the wheelchair by covering him/her from the front side, two upper part connecting belts 4 which detachably connect respective upper ends of the strip member 2 and the apron-like member 3 over both shoulders of the user of the wheelchair, and a lower part connecting belt 5 which detachably connects respective lower ends of the strip member 2 and the apron-like member 3 through the crotch of the user of the wheelchair. As a result, the holding strap 1 increases flexibility in the movements of a torso, reduces the feeling of restraint, and facilitates the ride for a long time and the exercise for rehabilitation while suppressing a sudden rise or a forward tilt of the user of the wheelchair and keeping the safety and facilitates the attachment and detachment since the apron-like member 3 and the strip member 2 are connected or separated by the attachment and detachment of the respective connecting belts 4, 5.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】車椅子用保持帯において、安全性を維持しつつ、拘束感を軽減し長時間乗車とリハビリ運動を容易にし、かつ、取付け取外しを簡単にする。【解決手段】車椅子用保持帯1は、車椅子の背もたれ側に巻きつけられる帯状部材2と、帯状部材2と着脱自在に連結され車椅子使用者を前側から覆って保持する前掛状部材3と、帯状部材2と前掛状部材3との各上端部同士を車椅子使用者の両肩越しに着脱自在に連結する2本の上部連結ベルト4と、帯状部材2と前掛状部材3との各下端部同士を車椅子使用者の股下を介して着脱自在に連結する1本の下部連結ベルト5とを備える。これにより、車椅子使用者の急な立上りや前傾を抑え安全性を維持しつつ、胴部の動きの自由度を高め、拘束感を軽減し長時間乗車やリハビリ運動を容易にし、かつ、各連結ベルト4、5をそれぞれ着脱して前掛状部材3と帯状部材2を連結、分離できるので、取付け取外しが簡単になる。【選択図】図2
