PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce clogging of waste culms in the inside of the culm discharging device having a cutting device, and thereby the efficiency of the shedding work is increased.SOLUTION: A culm discharging device of a shedding device has a cutting device (50) including multiple rotary blades (51) at a rotating shaft (54A) in the left and right direction, and mounted to the rear of the shedding device (3). Three rotary blades (51) provided adjacent to an axial direction of the rotating shaft (54A) are disposed at equal intervals in the circumference direction mainly on the shaft center of the rotating shaft (54A). Also, the multiple rotary blades (51) are disposed in rows in the axial direction of the rotating shaft (54A), and the row of the rotary blades (51) is disposed in three rows in the circumference direction mainly on the shaft center of the rotating shaft (54A).
