The present invention relates to a composition for improving bone health, including a functional fermented material using oysters, and the composition includes a fermented extract extracted from a fermented material of oysters and seaweed, which is obtained by fermenting oysters and seaweed, and the fermented extract may promote bone formation by suppressing the activity of osteoclasts and promoting the activity of osteoblasts.According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a composition for improving bone health, containing large amounts of taurine and vitamins and containing natural gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and seaweed oligosaccharides from seaweeds using oysters.Further, it is possible to provide a composition for improving bone health, including a functional fermented material using oysters which is excellent in effects of preventing and suppressing the occurrence of osteoporosis.
