Des dispositifs rotatifs sont agencés qui permettent de déformer une section respective du matériau déformable, l'un des dispositifs rotatifs au moins possédant une forme telle qu'elle permet de varier périodiquement l'amplitude de la déformation appliquée au matériau déformable au fur et à mesure que le matériau déformable avance dans la direction de production.
