PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce yogurt that allows a user to easily take dietary fiber and lactic acid bacteria.SOLUTION: The present invention provides yogurt made up of konjak paste and milk, the yogurt produced as follows: konjak powder is dissolved in water, it is heated and agitated to prepare konjak paste, milk is put into it for sufficient agitation, its temperature is set to about 40 degree, a temperature at which lactic acid bacteria grow, lactic acid bacteria are put into it for fermentation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡易に食物繊維と乳酸菌を採ることのできるヨーグルトの製造。【解決手段】 コンニャク粉を水で溶き、それを加熱して撹拌しコンニャク糊を作り、そこに牛乳を入れよく撹拌しその温度を乳酸菌の生育する温度約40度とし、そこに乳酸菌を入れて発酵させて作る、コンニャク糊と牛乳を要素とするヨーグルトを提供する。
