The present invention provides an oral composition comprising microcrystalline cellulose, and one or more surface active agents selected from the group consisting of alkyl glucoside, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester and betaine, which has an excellent shape-holding ability and dispersibility in an oral cavity, does not change a taste of juice after teeth brushing, in addition, has excellent stability with time not causing solid-liquid separation.
