PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a dispersion solubilizer which keep a uniformly dispersed and/or solubilized state, without separation or precipitation of oil ingredients, throughout storage in a long period.
SOLUTION: A dispersion/solubilization composition comprises a sucrose fatty acid ester having a purity of oleic acid in the fatty acids of &ge80% and a purity of monoesters in all the esters of &ge90%, an oil ingredient and an aqueous medium. A dispersion solubilizer contains a sucrose fatty acid ester having a purity of oleic acid in the fatty acids of &ge80% and a purity of monoesters in all the esters of &ge90%.
