PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot-repacking apparatus improved in the performance for a holding member to hold a raising-seedling pot. SOLUTION: A flexible sheet 21 whose surface is formed like a file is glued on almost the whole surface of each plate splinter 2a that composes the holding member 2, including a part in contact with the raising seedling pot. Therefore, the surface formed like a file serves as a slip stopper and the contact area is firmly caught on the inner face of the raising-seedling pot so that the raising-seedling pot is surely held by the holding member 2, when the holding member 2 is press-fit to the inside of the raising seedling pot.
