The present invention relates to a smoke extraction apparatus for a coffee bean roaster. According to the present invention, the air is sucked from the outside while smoke is introduced from a coffee bean roaster such that fine dust is primarily collected by strong cyclone dust collection and at the same time, internal differential pressure is prevented from occurring. When mist is sprayed, cooling and wet collection of fine dust can be achieved simultaneously and the inside of the smoke extraction apparatus is automatically cleaned while smell is removed. Ultrafine dust which is not collected and moisture are finally collected through a collection filter, thereby maximizing effects of collecting and removing fine dust and moisture. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the smoke extraction apparatus connected to an exhaust duct of a coffee bean roaster to remove fine dust included in the smoke discharged from the coffee bean roaster comprises: a main body having an inner room composed of a lower portion, a middle portion and an upper portion divided by a first division plate and a second division plate, an inlet pipe disposed at one side of the upper part of the lower portion to be connected to an exhaust opening of the coffee bean roaster, an exhaust pipe disposed at one side of the middle portion, a vertical communication pipe disposed in the center of the first and second division plates to make the lower portion and the upper portion communicate with each other, and an outlet disposed in the lower part; a mist injection nozzle connected to the main body by penetrating the same to spray water in a form of mist from the upper part of the inlet pipe; and a collection filter having a lower end installed on the second division plate of the main body to communicate with the middle portion, and collecting fine dust and moisture from smoke introduced into the upper portion and then, providing the same to the middle portion.본 발명은 원두로스터의 연기 인입과 동시
