When the spraying liquid is supplied to the liquid supply pipe by the delivery pump, the spraying liquid atomizes and is ejected from the spraying nozzle. The atomizing liquid ejected in the form of mist comes into contact with the contact portion of the contact plate 6 and becomes a fine mist. In this way, the spray liquid can be atomized into a fine mist. By adjusting the pitch angle and rolling angle of the contact plate, the direction of the fog can be controlled vertically and horizontally.
