PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide disposable pants, which help an infant avoid skin diseases, as it can readily feel the pants have been wet by urine or the like despite its small amount, and which are useful in the infants efficient training to take its diaper off.
SOLUTION: The disposable pants of this invention is provided with a liquid permeable surface sheet 2, a leakproof sheet 3 and an absorber 4 placed between these two sheets. The surface sheet 2 includes an upper sheet-like layer 22 located at the users skin side and a lower one 23 located at the absorber 4 side, and these upper and lower layers 22 and 23 are thermally fused together in part to form many joints 24. The upper layer 22 is substantially flat, while the lower layer 23, except the joints 24, has the many convex parts 5 with hollow interiors protruding toward the absorber 4.
