The dura mater areas adhered to spinal cord roots are incised along the roots from the level of the root tethered to the dura mater up to the level of the root ingress into root sheaths of the dura mater. Из заднего срединного доступа осуществляют ляминэктомию на уровень выше и ниже уровня фиксации. Производят продольное вскрытие твердой мозговой оболочки (ТМО). Участки ТМО, спаянные с корешками спинного мозга, иссекают вдоль корешков в направлении от уровня фиксации корешка к ТМО до уровня входа корешков в корешковые влагалища ТМО. Выполняют расширяющую пластику твердой мозговой оболочки ксенотрансплантатом, который фиксируют по краям ляминэктомического дефекта.
