PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for treatment of disorder or injury that may affect a motor function and control in a subject.SOLUTION: The gene therapy of spinal cord disorder includes an administration of a transgene-containing recombinant neurotropism viral vector to deliver the transgene to the spinal cord of the subject. The viral vector delivers the transgene to a region of a deep cerebellum nuclear region of the brain.
