The device has a raising unit (16) comprising a variable length raising bar (18) whose ends are connected to rotating units (20, 22), and an L-shaped frame (10) carried by a motorized agricultural machine i.e. high clearance tractor. One of the rotating units defines a path of long length, and the other rotating unit defines a path of length less than that of the former rotating unit with angular synchronization.
