PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propolis extract excellent in appearance characteristics, a method of producing the same, a capsule, and an anti-oxidizing agent.SOLUTION: Provided is a propolis extract, as extraction raw material, using a propolis original lump or residue after extraction treatment using water or a hydrophilic organic solvent from a propolis original lump, includes an extract obtained by using a solvent including at least one kind of oily component selected from squalene, docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid by 20 mass% or higher (except for the extract obtained by using only at least one kind of oily component selected from squalene, docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid) as an extraction solvent.
