摘要：: The present invention provides a novel method for producing 4-borono-L-phenylalanine introduced with 18F atom, and a derivative of 4-borono-L-phenylalanine introduced with 18F atom. Preparation of 18F labeled BPA can be attained by preparing and using a compound represented by the following formula. In the formula, R1 represents a bromo group, an iodine group, a fluoro group, derivatives of diazaborinane, BX3-, or BX3-M+ , wherein X represents halogen, and M+ represents monovalent monatomic cations, monovalent polyatomic cations, or monovalent complex cations.本發明之目的在於提供一種新穎之18F標記化BPA(4-二羥硼基苯丙胺酸)之製造方法、以及18F標記化BPA之前驅物。藉由調製並使用由下述式所表示之化合物而可調製18F標記化BPA；此處，R1表示溴基、碘基、氟基、二氮雜硼環己烷衍生物、BX3-、或BX3-M+，X表示鹵素，M+表示1價之單原子陽離子、多原子陽離子、或錯合陽離子。
