The dental three-dimensional scanner of the present invention, configured to obtain three-dimensional data of the mouth cavity, comprises: a body housing and a tip housing. The body housing includes: a light source unit an optical unit which generates measured light by using the light of the light source unit, and generates a second reflective light by using a first reflective light reflected to a structure an image unit which senses the second reflective light and a control unit which generates the three-dimensional data by using a sensing result of the image unit.
