The present invention relates to a drug injector for skin. More particularly, the present invention relates to a drug injector for skin which automatically supplies an appropriate amount of a chemical liquid to the surface of skin. To this end, the drug injector includes a roller part having a roller having a fine needle formed on a surface thereof, and a body part provided on the back of the roller part. The main body part includes a body case, a cylinder disposed inside the body case and containing a chemical liquid, a piston inserted into the cylinder, an actuator for controlling the piston, and a control part for controlling the actuator.본 발명은 피부용 약물 주입기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 피부의 표면에 미세 바늘에 의해 형성된 미세공으로, 사용자가 직접 제어하지 않더라도 적정양의 약액을 자동으로 공급할 수 있게 하는 피부용 약물 주입기에 관한 것이다.상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 표면에 미세바늘이 형성된 롤러가 구비되는 롤러부와, 상기 롤러부의 후부에 구비되어 롤러부로 약액을 공급하는 본체부를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 본체부는 본체 케이스와, 상기 본체 케이스의 내측에 구비되고 내부에 약액이 수용되는 실린더와, 상기 실린더에 삽입되는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤을 제어하는 액츄에이터와, 상기 액츄에이터를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
