PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged food product containing a liquid or foamed material as blocks of various sizes and sealed in a gelatinized material.SOLUTION: A cooled material solution 11 is filled in a vessel 20, and a hot gelatinizing agent solution is filled thereto to form a gelatinized solution 12 adjusted to a temperature at or below a gelation starting temperature. A liquid or foamed material 13 is filled under pressure into the gelatinized solution 12 from above through a nozzle. The liquid or foamed material 13 is selectively charged to the non-gelled part of the gelatinized solution 12 and left at the non-gelled part and, accordingly, separated or continuous liquid or foamed materials having various sizes are sealed in the entire space of the vessel 20. The marketable product having excellent preference to enjoy the taste of the gelatinized material 10 and the liquid or foamed material 13 are provided at the same time, such as a combination of coffee jelly and a cream or a liquid jam sauce in yogurt.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ゲル化物中に液状乃至泡状物を大小の塊状に封入した容器入食品を提供する。【解決手段】 容器20に冷却原料液11を充填した後に,加温ゲル化剤溶液を充填して,ゲル化開始温度以下としたゲル化物溶液12を形成する。その後にゲル化物溶液12に対して,その上部からノズルを用いて液状乃至泡状物13を加圧充填する。ゲル化物溶液12の未ゲル化部位に液状乃至泡状物13が選択的に入って該未ゲル化部位に残留することによって,容器20の全体に大小適宜の独立し又は連続した液状乃至泡状物を封入分布させることができる。コーヒーゼリーにクリーム,ヨーグルト中に液状のジャムソースのように,ゲル化物10と液状乃至泡状物13の味覚を同時に味わう嗜好性に優れた商品とすることができる。【選択図】 図3
