PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a jelly-containing food and drink by which a jelly base material having no heat resistance is usable.SOLUTION: The method for producing a jelly-containing food and drink includes: the process for preparing a jelly raw material liquid by dissolving a jelly raw material containing a jelly base material and heat-sterilizing the jelly raw material the process for preparing a jelly by introducing the prepared jelly raw material liquid into a cooling part, and moving the liquid in the cooling part to cool and solidify the jelly raw material liquid the process for preparing a stick-like jelly by passing the prepared jelly through the first filter part integrally set up to the downstream side end part of the cooling part in series with the cooling part the process for preparing a stick-like jelly/food and drink-prepared material by introducing the prepared stick-like jelly and fluid food and drink prepared while sterilized separately from the stick-like jelly, into a mixer set to a pipeline, and mixing them the process for preparing small pieces of jelly/food and drink-prepared material by passing the prepared stick-like jelly/food and drink-prepared material through a second filter part set to the pipeline, and forming the stick-like jelly into small pieces of jelly and the process for filling the prepared small pieces of jelly/food and drink-prepared material into a container to produce the jelly-containing food and drink.
