PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like food including a stable foam-like material, and to provide a method for easily producing the food.SOLUTION: The gel-like food includes a multiple-phase structure. At least one phase of the multiple-phase structure is a foam-like material, and the foam-like material is mixed with a reversible heat gelling agent. Since, in the gel-like food, the foam-like material is mixed with the reversible heat gelling agent, a foam-like structure is stable.
