PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient processed food containing a far-infrared radiating substance in a method for orally ingesting a food containing the far-infrared radiating substance for the purpose of promoting health by using far infrared rays.SOLUTION: Konjac crushed into pieces of such a size as not clog the throat and fine particles of the far-infrared radiating substance are mixed in a gelled substance such as jelly to obtain konjac-containing jelly.
