BIOACTIVE SUBSTANCE STABILIZED SEMIPERMEABLE MICROCAPSULE USING POLYLYSINE AND THE PROCESS FOR PREPARATION THEREOF, AND THE COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING THEREOF
PURPOSE: A bioactive substance stabilized semipermeable microcapsule is provided to concentrate active ingredients and to ensure stable skin care effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a semipermeable microcapsule comprises: a step of depositing a gel base containing gelling agent, moisturizing agent, bioactive substance, and purified water in a coagulation solution for form a primary microcapsule comprising a core and insoluble gel layer； a step of depositing the primary microcapsule in a polylysine solution to form a secondary microcapsule； a step of depositing the secondary microcapsule in a sodium citrate solution. The primary microcapsule contains 5-70 weight% of gelling agent, 1-50 weight% of moisturizing agent, 0.1-20 weight% of bioactive substance, and remaining amount of water.본 발명은 폴리리신을 이용한 생리활성물질 안정화 반투막 마이크로캡슐, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 본 발명의 마이크로캡슐이 반투막 형태인 것에서 생리활성물질이 캡슐 바깥으로 배출되지 않고 유효 성분을 최대로 농축시킬 수 있어 안정된 스킨 케어 효과를 부여함과 동시에 피부에 도포 사용시 캡슐이 전단응력에 의해 쉽게 와해되어 흔적없이 사라지는 특성을 가진 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
