The present invention relates to a method for stabilizing perfluorocarbon (PFC) compounds, and cosmetics containing perfluorocarbon compounds and, more specifically, to a method for stabilizing PFC compounds which have excellent volatility and are unstable to be used alone, through a primary film generation by decompression, emulsification, and capsulation processes； and a secondary film generation by a vibrate nozzle passing process. The present invention also relates to cosmetics containing the PFC compounds.본 발명은 퍼플루오로카본계 화합물의 안정화 방법 및 퍼플루오로카본계 화합물을 함유하는 화장료에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 휘발성이 뛰어나 단독으로 사용하기에는 불안정한 퍼플루오로카본(Perfluorocarbon, PFC)계 화합물을 감압유화 캡슐레이션(Capsulation) 공정에 의한 1차 막 생성과 바이브레이트 노즐 통과 공정에 의한 2차 막 생성을 통한 안정화 방법과 퍼플루오로카본계 화합물을 함유하는 화장료에 관한 것이다.
