1. A molecule containing an antigen binding fragment of an antibody that immunospecifically binds to B7-H1 or PD-1.2. The molecule according to claim 1, wherein said immunospecifically bound B7-H1 or PD-1 is expressed on the surface of a living cell in an endogenous concentration or concentration obtained by transfection. The molecule according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein said B7-H1 is human B7-H1 and said PD-1 is human PD-1. A molecule according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein said antigen binding fragment binds to B7-H1, and wherein said living cell is a tumor cell, a pathogen infected cell, or an antigen presenting cell. The molecule according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein said antigen binding fragment binds to PD-1, and where said living cell is a T cell. The molecule of claim 1, wherein said molecule is a monoclonal antibody, a human antibody, a chimeric antibody, or a humanized antibody. The molecule of claim 6, wherein said molecule is a bispecific, trispecific or multispecific antibody. The molecule according to claim 1 or 6, where the molecule binds to B7-H1, and where their specified antigennegative fragment contains six CDRs, where these CDRs contain at least one consensus CDR of CDR antibodies 1E12, 1F4, 2G11, ZV6 and 3D10 against B7 -H1 with all remaining CDRs selected from: (A) three light chain CDRs and three anti-B7-H1 antibody heavy chain CDRs; (B) three light chain CDRs and three anti-B7-H1 antibody 1F4 heavy chain CDRs; (C a) three light chain CDRs and three anti-B7-H1 antibody 2G11 heavy chain CDRs; (D) three light chain CDRs and three anti-B7-H1 antibody heavy chain CDRs; or (E) three CDR le1.
