The present invention relates to: a method for producing probiotics in which rice bran, Bacillus subtilis, sugars, distilled water, and garlic husk are directly mixed and fermented； the probiotics produced by the same method； and a feed additive including the probiotics. According to the present invention, if a laying hen is fed with the feed additive including the probiotics produced by the method of the present invention, productivity of eggs and quality of the produced eggs are increased.본 발명은 미강, 고초균(Bacillussubtilis), 당류, 증류수, 마늘 껍질을 직접 혼합, 발효하는 생균제의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 생균제와 상기 생균제를 포함하는 사료 첨가제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 방법으로 제조된 생균제를 포함하는 사료 첨가제를 산란계에 급여하면 계란의 생산 비율이 증가하고 생산된 계란의 품질을 향상시키는 효과를 가진다.
