The present invention relates to an ultraviolet (UV) sterilization treatment unit which comprises: a tube, a sterilization part, an image part, and an extraction part. The tube is inserted into the body, and the sterilization part is provided in a space inside the tube so as to sterilize tissues in the body via UV light irradiation. Furthermore, the image part is provided in the space inside the tube and is involved in photographing the tissues, and the extraction part is provided in the space inside the tube to extract a portion of the tissues.상기 살균치료유닛은 튜브, 살균부, 영상부 및 적출부를 포함한다. 상기 튜브는 신체의 내부로 인입되고, 상기 살균부는 상기 튜브 내부의 일 공간에 형성되어 UV광을 인가하여 신체 내부의 조직을 살균하며, 상기 영상부는 상기 튜브 내부의 일 공간에 형성되어 상기 조직을 촬영하며, 상기 적출부는 상기 튜브 내부의 일 공간에 형성되어 상기 조직의 일부분을 적출한다.
