The extract is an alcohol extract. The composition contains 25-200 ug/ml of the extract. A composition for suppressing skin damage caused by UV ray or skin therapy contains the extract as an active ingredient.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 돌가사리(Chondracanthustenellus)의 알코올 추출물을 포함하는 자외선에 의한 인간 피부각질세포의 세포사멸 억제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 돌가사리의 추출물이 인간 HaCaT 피부각질세포에서 UV 유발 세포 손상에 대한 광보호 효과, 과산화수소와 UV에 의해 유도된 세포내 활성산소종에 대한 소거 활성을 나타냄으로써 자외선 유도 세포사멸을 감소하고, 세포 생존력을 회복시킨다.
