The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a green plum fermented extract for skin whitening and a method for preparing the same. A freeze-dried powder of the green plum fermented extract is prepared by obtaining an extract by repeating a low-temperature extraction method 2-3 times wherein the low-temperature extraction method is performed on a dried plum powder and, as a solvent, water of 1-10 times the weight of the dried plum powder at an extraction temperature of 20-60°；C for about 12-24 hours； filtering the extract under reduced pressure； sterilizing the filtered extract using a 0.2 um filter； inoculating a kefir strain (Kazachstania unispora) cultured liquid into the sterilized extract to have a concentration of 1-10%； culturing the kefir strain at 20-25°；C for 4-7 days to obtain a green plum fermented extract； filtering the green plum fermented extract under reduced pressure； and freeze-drying the filtered green plum fermented extract. A cosmetic composition for skin exfoliation and skin whitening contains the freeze-dried powder of the green plum fermented extract as an active ingredient, and thus uses natural components, thereby exhibiting skin exfoliating and skin whitening effects while being safe for the skin.본 발명은 청매실 발효 추출물을 함유하는 피부미백용 화장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 건조 매실 분말과, 상기 건조 매실 분말 중량의 약 1 ~ 10배 중량의 물을 용매로 20 ~ 60℃의 추출 온도에서 약 12 ~ 24시간 동안 저온 추출방법으로 2회 ~ 3회 반복하여 추출물을 수득한 후, 감압여과하고 여과한 추출물을 0.2um 필터로 제균하고 제균된 추출물에 캐피어 균주(Kazachstania unispora) 배양액을 1 ~ 10% 접종하여 20 ~ 25℃에서 4 ~ 7일간 배양하여 청매실 발효 추출물을 수득한 후, 감압여과하고 동결 건조하여 수득한 청매실 발효 추출물 동결건조 분말을 유효성분으로 함유함으로써, 피부 각질 박리와 피부 미백효능 화장료 조성물은 천연 성분을 사용함으로써 피부에 안전하면서도, 피부 각질 박리와 우수한 피부 미백 효능을 발휘할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
