The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for body skin care and a method for preparing the same, and is more desirably to alleviate skin itching caused by internal and external factors of a human body and also alleviate scalp pruritus and a symptom of hair loss caused by the scalp pruritus, thereby activating hair growth promotion. The method for preparing a functional cosmetic composition comprises the following steps: (a) filtering impurities contained in common dayflower by performing a pretreatment process where the common dayflower is put in boiling water at 100°；C for around five minutes； (b) extracting an extract by adding salt and common dayflower into processing water which is an extracting solvent, and heating the same at the constant temperature of 95°；C for two to three hours； (c) generating a mixture by lowering the temperature of the extract to 50-60°；C, adding menthol and tea tree essential oil, and mixing the same； and (d) filtering the mixture using filter paper after aging the mixture at room temperature of 20-25°；C for 24-48 hours.본 발명은 인체 피부 관리를 위한 회장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 바람직하게는 인체의 내외적인 요인에 의해 발생된 피부 가려움을 완화하고, 또한 두피 가려움이나 이 증상에 의해 발생되는 탈모 증상을 완화함으로써 발모촉진을 활성화시키기 위한 것이다. 기능성 화장료의 제조방법은 (a) 전처리과정으로서 끓는 물 100℃에서 약 5분 동안 닭의장풀을 넣어 닭의장풀에 포함된 불순물을 여과하는 단계； ⒝ 추출용매인 가공수를 이용, 소금과 닭의장풀을 넣고 이를 일정온도인 95℃에서 2∼3시간 동안 가열하여 추출물을 추출하는 단계； ⒞ 상기 추출물의 온도를 일정 수준인 50∼60℃까지 낮추고 여기에 멘톨과 티트리에션셜오일을 넣고 이를 혼합하여 혼합물을 생성하는 단계； ⒟ 상기 혼합물을 20∼25℃에서 24∼48시간 동안 실온에서 숙성시킨 후 여과지를 이용하여 여과하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
