PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eel spitchcocked or broiled, using an eel single purpose drip and taken off smell components.SOLUTION: There is provided an eel which is provided by flavoring with a dipping of an eel seasoning the eel heat-treated to keep freshness, wherein the dipping is provided by using freshly-expressed and component-unregulated unrefined sugar as a flavor material and blending so that a rate of the unrefined sugar and a soy sauce is 1/2, 2/1 or the like.
