The present invention relates to a composition for inducing immune response of silkworms and silkworms whose immunity is induced by the composition and antimicrobial activity is improved. The composition for inducing immune response of silkworm includes extracts of a lactic acid bacteria lysate in which proteins are removed as an active ingredient. The method for preparing the composition comprises a first step of culturing lactic acid bacteria； a second step of manufacturing a lactic acid bacteria suspension made by centrifuging the cultured lactic acid bacteria, removing the supernatant, obtaining bacteria and adding a buffer to the same； a third step of preparing a lactic acid bacteria cell lysate by decomposing the lactic acid bacteria suspension with ultra-sound waves and crushing cells f loactic acid bacteria； a fourth step of obtaining a lower sediment solution without proteins by adding butanol to the lactic acid bacteria cell lysate, extracting, centrifuging the same and removing the supernatant； a fifth step of freeze-drying the lower sediment solution and preparing the freeze-dried material； a sixth step of manufacturing the lactic acid bacteria cell lysate without protein by thawing the freeze-dried material with water, dialyzing the same and secondly freeze-drying the same； and a seventh step of manufacturing the composition for inducing immune response of silkworms, including the extract of the lactic acid bacteria lysate without protein.
