PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial agent containing striped bamboo extract having excellent antimicrobial effects for satisfying needs of striped bamboo extract excellent in antimicrobial effects for overcoming a problem that conventional striped bamboo extract prepared by a hot water extraction or a cooing extraction is not enough in the antimicrobial effects even though having the effect and addition of the large amount of the same is needed when used as an antimicrobial agent for cosmetics or foods.SOLUTION: There are provided an antimicrobial agent containing a striped bamboo extraction obtained by using striped bamboo as a raw material and a subcritical treatment using water as an extraction medium at a temperature of 140 to 230°C and a pressure of saturated vapor pressure or higher, and a preparation method of the antimicrobial agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】熱水抽出または蒸煮抽出により調製された従来のクマザサ抽出物は抗微生物作用を有するが不十分であり、化粧品や食品に抗微生物剤として使用する場合は大量に添加する必要があるという問題がある。そこで、抗微生物作用に優れたクマザサ抽出物が求められている。本発明は、優れた抗微生物作用を有するクマザサ抽出物を含有する抗微生物剤を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】クマザサを原料とし、抽出溶媒に水を用いて、温度140~230℃、飽和蒸気圧以上の圧力で亜臨界処理して得られるクマザサ抽出物を含有する抗微生物剤およびその製造方法。【選択図】図1
