The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a packaged blueberry beverage. In order to achieve the purpose, the method for manufacturing a packaged blueberry beverage of the present invention includes: a sterilization step for putting fruit/vegetable beverage into an ultra-high temperature instant sterilizer and sterilizing the beverage at 100-200°C for 2-30 seconds an inner packaging step for putting the fruit/vegetable beverage, which has undergone the sterilization step, in an inner packaging container and packaging the beverage a post-sterilization step for sterilizing a product, which has undergone the inner packaging step, at 80-100°C for 3-10 minutes a quick cooling step for quickly cooling down the product, which has undergone the post-sterilization step, in order to make the product be at 5-50°C by using cooling water a water removing step for removing water from the surface by using an air blower and an outer packaging step for putting in and packaging the product, from which the water is removed, in an outer packaging container. The present invention is able to sterilize beverage instantly by using an ultra-high temperature (UHT) instant sterilizer and minimize damage of a pigment element such as an anthocyanin by a high temperature by sterilizing the beverage at a temperature which is relatively lower than a normal UHT.
