The present invention discloses and claims a series of substituted N-phenyl-bipyrrolidine carboxamides of formula (I).wherein R1, R2, R3, m, n and p are as described herein. More specifically, the compounds of this invention are modulators of H3 receptors and are, therefore, useful as pharmaceutical agents, especially in the treatment and/or prevention of a variety of diseases modulated by H3 receptors including diseases associated with the central nervous system.Additionally, this invention also discloses methods of preparation of substituted N-phenyl-bipyrrolidine carboxamides and intermediates therefor.本發明揭露了一系列結構式為(I)的經取代的N-苯基聯吡咯啶醯胺並申請其專利權。其中R1、R2、R3、m、n及p如上文所定義。更具體地說，本發明之化合物是H3受體的調節劑，因此可作為藥劑使用，尤其有助於治療和/或預防H3受體調節(modulate)的各種疾病，包括與中樞神經系統相關的疾病。此外，本發明還涉及經取代的N-苯基聯吡咯啶醯胺及其中間體的製備方法。
