<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment technique with small energy consumption. <；P>；SOLUTION: A water treating apparatus 100 is equipped with a liquid treating water tank 1 for storing water to be treated, a nano bubble generator 47, a micro bubble generator 78 and a submerged pump type micro nano bubble generator 52 for generating nano bubbles or micro nano bubbles in water to be treated in the liquid treating water tank 1, a fluid before treatment measuring tank 72 for measuring water quality of the water to be treated flowing in the liquid treating water tank 1 and a fluid after treatment measuring tank 57 for measuring water quality of treated water flowing out of the liquid treating water tank 1. Based on water quality measured by the fluid before treatment measuring tank 72 and water quality measured by the fluid after treatment measuring tank 57, the nano bubble generator 47, the micro bubble generator 78 and the submerged pump type micro nano bubble generator 52 are respectively operated or stopped. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
